GEPV barometer: French consumers perception of plant proteins
As announced at the last MC in Lille, the October edition of GEPV’s quarterly newsletter provided a summary of GEPV’s latest barometer « French consumers’ perception of plant proteins ». GEPV have conducted this survey every two years since 2011. Due to members’ interest, the EUVEPRO secretariat mandated an English translation of the latest survey summary.
